華岡烏龍 Huagang Oolong

華岡烏龍產於臺灣臺北木柵華岡指南里茶園，海拔約370公尺，屬亞熱帶季風氣候，土壤富含鐵質與有機質。選用正叢鐵觀音（紅心歪尾桃）品種，採春季一芽二葉，經傳統中重發酵（約35-45%）、中溫烘焙工藝，焙火至少三回。條索緊結捲曲、色澤墨綠帶褐，湯色橙黃明亮，香氣馥郁帶炭焙熟果香與淡淡蘭花韻，入口醇厚滑順、回甘溫潤，尾韻帶微酸果香。承襲木柵鐵觀音經典風格，曾多次榮獲臺灣茶賽特等獎，被譽為「都市邊緣的山林韻味」。

Huagang Oolong is grown in the Jinanli tea gardens of Huagang, Wenshan District, Taipei, Taiwan, at 370 meters elevation with a subtropical monsoon climate and iron-rich, organic soil. Made from authentic Tieguanyin (red-heart crooked-tail peach) cultivars, harvested in spring as one bud and two leaves, and processed with medium-heavy fermentation (35-45%) and at least three rounds of medium-temperature roasting. Features tightly curled, dark-green-with-brown strips. Brews a bright orange-yellow liquor with rich roasted ripe fruit and subtle orchid aromas. Smooth, mellow, and warmly sweet on the palate with a lingering fruity acidity. A classic representation of Muzha Tieguanyin style, multiple winner of Taiwan Tea Competition Special Prizes—celebrated as "Mountain Elegance on the Urban Fringe."
