紫芽白茶 Purple Bud White Tea

紫芽白茶產於福建福鼎太姥山高海拔紫茶園，選用稀有紫色芽葉品種（福鼎大白茶紫芽變異），僅採清明前單芽，遵循傳統白茶萎凋、乾燥工藝，不炒不揉。芽頭肥壯、滿披白毫，呈現獨特紫褐色澤；湯色杏黃透亮，香氣馥郁帶紫羅蘭與熟果甜香，入口鮮活細膩、回甘持久。富含花青素，抗氧化力極強，被譽為「白茶中的紫色珍寶」，極具收藏價值。

Purple Bud White Tea is harvested from high-altitude purple tea gardens in Taimu Mountain, Fuding, Fujian. Made exclusively from rare purple buds of the Fuding Dabai mutation, picked as single buds before Qingming and processed via traditional white tea withering and drying—never pan-fried or rolled. Plump buds densely covered in silver-white hairs display a distinctive purplish-brown hue. Brews a bright apricot-yellow liquor with rich violet and ripe fruit aromas. Delicate, lively, and persistently sweet on the palate. Exceptionally high in anthocyanins with superior antioxidant properties, hailed as the "Purple Treasure Among White Teas" and highly collectible.
