梨山高山茶簡介

中文版 梨山高山茶產於臺灣臺中和平區梨山茶區，海拔約2,000-2,600公尺，位於中央山脈雪山山脈交會處，終年雲霧繚繞、晝夜溫差達15℃以上。主選青心烏龍與翠玉（台茶13號）品種，清明前後採一芽二葉，經輕發酵（18-25%）、輕烘焙傳統工藝精製。條索緊結翠綠、芽峰顯露，湯色蜜綠透亮，香氣清揚帶高山花香與乳香，入口鮮活甘潤、回甘迅捷綿長，耐沖泡七泡以上。曾連續多年榮獲臺灣茶賽頭等獎，被譽為「台灣高山烏龍的清泉之巔」。

Lishan High-Mountain Oolong Tea is grown in the Lishan tea district of Heping District, Taichung, Taiwan, at 2,000–2,600 meters where the Xueshan and Central Mountain Ranges converge—enveloped in perpetual mist with over 15°C day-night temperature swings. Primarily crafted from Qingxin Oolong and Cuiyu (TTES #13) cultivars, hand-picked as one bud and two leaves before Qingming, and lightly fermented (18–25%) with gentle roasting. Features tightly rolled emerald strips with prominent bud tips. Brews a luminous honey-green liquor with soaring alpine floral and milky aromas. Crisp, sweet, and swiftly lingering on the palate, sustaining over seven infusions. A perennial First Prize winner in Taiwan Tea Competitions, acclaimed as the "Clear Spring Summit of Taiwanese High-Mountain Oolongs."
