杉林溪 Shanlinxi High-Mountain Oolong

杉林溪高山茶產於臺灣南投竹山杉林溪茶區，海拔約1,600-1,800公尺，深處中央山脈支稜，終年雲霧瀰漫、溪谷水氣滋養。主選青心烏龍與金萱品種，清明至穀雨間採一芽二葉，經中輕發酵（20-28%）、輕中焙火傳統手工製程。條索緊實肥嫩、色澤墨綠帶光，湯色金黃透亮，香氣清揚高亢帶冷礦泉與松柏山韻，入口鮮活滑順、甘潤迅捷，喉韻清涼持久，耐沖泡七至九泡。連續多年榮獲南投茶賽特等獎，被譽為「台灣高山烏龍的森林精靈」。

Shanlinxi High-Mountain Oolong is grown in the Shanlinxi tea district of Zhushan, Nantou, Taiwan, at 1,600–1,800 meters deep within the Central Mountain Range’s spurs—shrouded in perpetual mist and nourished by valley streams. Crafted primarily from Qingxin Oolong and Jin Xuan cultivars, hand-picked as one bud and two leaves between Qingming and Guyu, with medium-light fermentation (20–28%) and gentle-to-medium roasting by hand. Features plump, glossy dark-green rolled strips. Brews a luminous golden liquor with soaring, crisp aromas of chilled mineral water and pine-forest notes. Fresh, silky, and swiftly sweet on the palate with a cool, lasting throat rhyme—enduring seven to nine infusions. A perennial Special Prize winner at Nantou Tea Competitions, celebrated as the "Forest Sprite of Taiwanese High-Mountain Oolongs."
