大禹嶺96K高山茶產於臺灣南投仁愛鄉大禹嶺茶區,海拔約2,600公尺,為台灣高山烏龍茶中的極品,位於中央山脈主稜線,終年雲霧繚繞、氣溫低至零度以下。選用青心烏龍品種,採清明前後一芽二葉,經傳統石臼重焙工藝精製,條索緊實肥壯、色澤翠綠。湯色金黃明亮,香氣高揚帶清花與山澗清涼韻,入口鮮爽甘醇、回甘持久綿長,耐沖泡逾八泡。曾獲國際茶葉大賽多項金獎,被譽為「台灣高山茶之巔」,產量稀少,極具收藏價值。
Dayuling 96K High-Mountain Oolong Tea hails from the Dayuling tea district in Ren'ai Township, Nantou, Taiwan, at an elevation of approximately 2,600 meters—one of the pinnacles of Taiwanese high-mountain oolongs, nestled along the Central Mountain Range's main ridge with perpetual mists and temperatures dipping below freezing. Crafted from Qingxin Oolong cultivars, hand-picked as one bud and two leaves before Qingming, and refined through traditional stone-mill heavy roasting. Features plump, tightly curled emerald strips. Brews a bright golden-yellow liquor with uplifting floral and crisp mountain stream aromas. Fresh, mellow, and enduringly sweet on the palate, lasting over eight infusions. A multiple gold medalist in international tea competitions, acclaimed as the "Pinnacle of Taiwanese High-Mountain Tea"—rare in yield and highly collectible.
